Support is available for customers on our
annual maintenance program.
We provide the best possible technical
support to its customers at a reasonable
cost and within a reasonable time frame. We
understand the urgency and importance of
resolving your issue as quickly as possible.
Our Help Desk is available Monday through
Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, ET, excluding
national holidays. The Help Desk team will
respond to your support request within 24
hours. Please note that critical or very
important requests should always be phoned
into the Help Desk. Only non-critical
requests should be e-mailed or faxed, since
the Help Desk has little control over the
timely delivery of such requests. E-mail/Fax
service level commitments are based on the
time the requests actually reach the Help
Desk.
The Help Desk will only support products
developed by
CLASSIC
Real Estate Systems, a
YARDI Company, and QuickBooks
Pro/Premier/Enterprise.

We offer a variety of training programs to fit
our customers needs.
Our training programs provide you with
in-depth knowledge of the software
capabilities and how your software solution
can be used.

Our experienced training staff
personalize each session on an individual
basis maximizing the effectiveness of your
training time. We have found onsite training
to be the most effective way to transfer the
knowledge of how to use our software, to
your staff. We offer three different options for onsite
training. They can be used in any
combination, depending on your
implementation:
Train the trainer
– This method of training relies on power
users at your site to be fully trained on
Yardi CLASSIC
software. Your trainer can then take over the
training responsibility for each of your
sites.
Classroom style
training – This training course allows a
group of up 10 people to receive training in a
classroom environment. We recommend this
course if the sites will need training on the
usage of CLASSIC as opposed to the set-up of
the system. This is an effective way to train
a large group all at once while ensuring they
receive the most important information.
Hands- on Training
- Hands-on training requires a computer lab
environment that either your company has
available or you choose to rent out from a
local facility. This is the most effective of
the three trainings that CLASSIC offers in
terms of training your sites on the usage of
the software. We recommend the class size be
limited to 10 people.

Updates to Yardi
CLASSIC software
are available periodically throughout the
year. All customers with current maintenance
and support contracts will be informed by
e-mail and/or fax of any new general
releases of the software.
