Tax Credit 90 Day Recert Letter.

5: Click the
Preview Letter button.
Result:
The 90 Day Recert Letter opens in the Report Viewer.

Print icon.

the number of copies of the letter you want to
print.

OK button.

corner to close the Report Viewer and return to

Last Notice.

5: Click the
Preview Letter button.

Step
6: Indicate
which part of the lease was violated by the tenant
in the Enter Lease Violation Information: Part
Number field.
Step
7: Indicate
which section of the lease was violated by the
tenant in the Enter Section field.
Step
8: Enter the
amount of money owed by the tenant to the property
management company in the Enter Subtotal
field.
Step
9: Use the
next five fields, beginning with Enter Lease
Violation Reason: Line 1 and ending with Enter
Lease Violation Reason: Line 5, to enter the
reason the tenant’s lease is not being renewed.
Step
10:
Click the View button.
Step
11:
Click the Print icon.
Step
12:
Select the number of copies of the letter you
want to print.
Step
13:
Click the OK button.
Step
14:
Click the in the upper right hand
corner to close the Report Viewer and return to
the Tenant List.
